Many people think outsourcing is just for large companies, and do not realize they can outsource their every day task. For example if you make $10 an hour an you found someone to do your task for $5 an hour then you just doubled your income and productivity. Assuming you remain on tasks that make you $10 or more.
What can you outsource? Everything from washing your clothes, to cleaning your house, to finding leads, to running your business, to finding the lowest price on a airline tickets, to sending out greeting cards... You name it & it can be outsourced. You can even outsource take over sea.
Here's Steps To Take When Outsourcing:
1. Identify and define a task
2. Find a few vendors who can do the task.
3. Give them each part of the task.
4. The one who completes the task to your satisfaction will win the job.
5. Give the whole job and pay after the job is completed.
My opinion I think everyone should has virtual assistance or two. Image if could post activities for your assistant to do. As you sleep soundly in your bed your assistant was busy doing your tasks. When you got up you checked your email and you open correspondence saying all task complete.
This is not some crazy dream that only is available to the super rich, but to the average middle class American worker like you and I.
I'll heard one story about man how had his VA email his wife an apology letter, and his wife forgave him.
